Soy lecithin, a natural emulsifier, is found in animal tissues and vegetable oils. Generally; It is obtained from soy, sunflower, egg yolk, peanut, corn oil and rapeseed.

Soy lecithin has been determined to cause a decrease of approximately 42% in total cholesterol and LDL.

Soy lecithin; It contains Vitamin E, Omega - 3, Omega - 6, Vitamin K and Choline.

It is used in the food industry, bakery products, chocolates, confectionery and chewing gum, milk powder, coffee, instant soup, mayonnaise, ready-made sauces and margarine.
