Organic Food Analysis

As artificial hormones or genetically modified organisms are not used in its production, organic foods are preferred more than other foods due to their natural growing processes. The organic food market has grown in recent years and it has emerged that it is an area that needs to be controlled with the increasing interest of consumers.

Organic foods are foods that are produced and processed without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers and do not contain any pollutants. It must be certified products and therefore must pass various tests and analyzes.

Organic food must be products certified by the ministry. Foods that have not been approved by the Ministry cannot be marked as organic and cannot be sold with this claim.

Tests and analyzes performed on organic foods can be listed as follows:
